The Blatchford land development utilized land with close proximity to downtown Edmonton and the opportunity to thoughtfully design a brand new community from the ground up.

Our design included geo-thermal energy, solar panels, high efficiency utilities, high efficiency building envelopes, high efficiency appliances, and thoughtful layouts maximizing your potential living space.

The design details were carefully chosen to imbue the 8 homes with a warm, modern aesthetic, and we worked closely with our home owners to customize their unit to their specific needs and purposes. The walk out lower levels provided flexible space for additional customization - the potential options included a secondary suite, in-law suite, home office secondary access, and indoor-outdoor recreational space.
